How much does your 1:1 coaching cost?

$600/month with a 6 month commitment. That gets you custom macros, a full custom training program, weekly video feedback, and direct access to me all week. It's not a course. It's not a group. It's private coaching built entirely around you.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Workouts are 30-45 minutes, 3-4x per week. Check-ins take a few minutes. The nutrition piece fits into your normal life, you're not meal prepping for hours or weighing every grain of rice. This is designed for busy women, not women with unlimited free time.

What if I travel a lot or have a crazy schedule?

We work with it. Travel weeks, kids' sports tournaments, work deadlines, we adjust. That's the whole point of private coaching. You're not locked into some rigid plan that falls apart the second life happens.

Do I need a gym or special equipment?

Nope. I build your program around what you have access to; home gym, full gym, dumbbells in your garage, whatever. No equipment barrier here.

How fast will I see results?

Most women notice changes in energy and how their clothes fit within the first 2 weeks. Visible body composition changes usually show up around 4-6 weeks. But this isn't a crash diet, we're building something sustainable, not just fast.

What if I've tried everything and nothing works for me?
